Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with clients, other HRBPs, and HR partner groups to execute people strategy, HR processes, and reporting.
  • •Partner with clients to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and deliver HR solutions aligned to business needs.
  • •Consult with associates and managers on HR-related issues.
  • •Coach people managers on leadership, org design, and performance concerns using Capital One’s framework.
  • •Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning, including performance & talent management, leadership development, change management, and organizational design.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 4 years of client-facing experience OR at least 4 years of consulting experience OR a combination.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •Professional Human Resources certification (or coaching certification).
