Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical lead for MuleSoft developers, offshore teams, vendors, and client technical resources.
  • •Lead development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support of MuleSoft APIs and integration services.
  • •Own production stability, participate in Sev1/Sev2 incident response, and drive root cause analysis with permanent corrective actions.
  • •Establish operational standards and governance (logging/monitoring/alerting, exception handling, API versioning, security, and deployment readiness) and provide executive-level technical status, risks, and remediation plans.
