  • •Responsible for customer project management end-to-end for non-supervisory roles, including wing-to-wing process management.
  • •Develop an operational annual plan for own department activities and recommend improvements to products, processes, and procedures.
  • •Receive, check, and clarify customer order details via meetings, including completing order loading in the ERP system.
  • •Load orders into a milestone system, monitor order progress, and report progress to the customer.
  • •Coordinate witness requests and shipment arrangements, handle project/customer documents, manage milestone payments, resolve disputes, and collect AR on time.
