Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise all personnel in the department to ensure trained staff, achieve established production goals per the master schedule, and perform duties safely and efficiently.
  • •Provide direction and guidance to supervisors/group leaders in the operation of their departments/work groups as directed by the Production Manager.
  • •Monitor workflow, investigate issues affecting production, and coordinate corrective actions with Production Management, Materials, and other impacted departments.
  • •Oversee training to ensure records and audits/re-certifications are maintained in accordance with SOPs.
  • •Disseminate policies, work rules, regulations, and procedures to employees and ensure compliance.
  • •Conduct performance evaluations and provide counseling; initiate performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and salary actions including merit increases and promotions.
  • •Maintain technical competency in the assembly/production of assigned products and review departmental paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Regularly inspect work areas to ensure good housekeeping and safe working conditions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 81,900 - 122,800 annually
