Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary voice and executive storyteller for the DEWALT brand at the XIC, delivering an end-to-end narrative tailored to diverse audiences.
  • •Translate construction and industrial workflows into clear, outcome-driven value stories emphasizing safety, productivity, and performance.
  • •Own the end-to-end experience flow, including narrative arc, pacing, transitions, and integration of demonstrations and subject matter experts.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, brand, and end user teams to incorporate inputs and align experiences with broader business priorities.
  • •Lead and develop a small team to adapt and activate the story for each visitor, ensuring consistent excellence in delivery; coach teams and capture insights for continuous improvement.
