•Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and tools, and lead technical efforts to support developer enablement and quality assurance.
•Build and deploy automation that streamlines the SDLC, including test data generation, environment setup, and deployment pipelines.
•Integrate automation into CI/CD workflows to deliver rapid feedback and seamless deployments, and manage centralized software catalogs.
•Identify and address technical debt in automation frameworks and infrastructure, and modernize legacy systems.
•Implement test automation strategies and improve delivery performance metrics, including DORA metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 197,000 annually

•Understand service integration testing, contract testing, and system reliability testing.
•Demonstrate success improving DORA metrics across engineering teams.
