Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and execute communication, training, and engagement plans for Instructure product adoption.
  • •Act as an agent of change by providing strategic analysis and targeted strategies to increase platform usage and align with organizational goals.
  • •Mentor and motivate institution leaders, faculty, designers, and staff on Instructure products to enhance learner engagement and adoption.
  • •Plan, schedule, and conduct product training and consulting sessions; prepare and deliver help documents, course materials, and presentations.
  • •Follow up after consulting to monitor progress, identify additional support needs, and coordinate collaboration to sustain use after the consulting period.

Salary: USD 82,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years of teaching or consulting experience in a K12 or higher education setting, including experience with a digital learning environment.
  • •At least two years of Canvas and/or Mastery Connect experience, including creating responsive and inclusive Canvas courses for digital learning.
  • •At least one year in an educational leadership role overseeing a team that supports a learning and assessment management system for pedagogical purposes.
  • •Experience leading change, building relationships, delivering professional development programs, and rolling out a technology platform to a large organization.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Technology or equivalent; Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or Instructional Technology is a plus.
