Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the vision and roadmap for self-service cloud growth, including onboarding and trial experience, feature adoption, and trial activation.
  • •Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical investments and establish delivery timelines.
  • •Collaborate with downstream solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to understand onboarding flows and trial experience.
  • •Drive technical decision-making for onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention of self-service customers.
  • •Interface with customers and trial users to gather feedback and analyze churn; collaborate with Sales and Marketing on positioning and brand awareness; drive integrations with 3rd-party developer platforms.
