Job Summary

Lead key areas of self-service cloud growth by owning human user onboarding and agents onboarding for Elastic Cloud. Define the vision and roadmap covering onboarding and trial experience, product adoption, trial activation, churn analysis, engagement analytics, and email nurturing. Partner with engineering and downstream solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to drive technical decisions and improve retention through customer and trial-user feedback.

•Define the vision and roadmap for self-service cloud growth, including onboarding and trial experience, feature adoption, and trial activation.
•Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical investments and establish delivery timelines.
•Collaborate with downstream solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to understand onboarding flows and trial experience.
•Drive technical decision-making for onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention of self-service customers.
•Interface with customers and trial users to gather feedback and analyze churn; collaborate with Sales and Marketing on positioning and brand awareness; drive integrations with 3rd-party developer platforms.
