Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with various functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
•Lead New Product Introduction and integration of new product lines within the manufacturing environment.
•Plan, lead, and execute projects aimed at improving reliability, yield, cost, and cycle times.
•Develop new techniques and analytical tools to support process improvements and cost reductions.
•Provide technical support for disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, and testing of products; implement standardized processes.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Design engineering
•Bachelor's degree preferred; Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing/Process Engineering Degree or equivalent

•Six Sigma Green Belt certification
•Working knowledge of SAP MRP and Teamcenter PLM Software
