Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across complex change initiatives within Alternatives.
  • •Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using appropriate methodologies.
  • •Ensure robust data governance and data quality standards across the Alternatives platform.
  • •Lead solution design for key Alternatives initiatives, including front-to-back operating models, portfolio management, valuation, and reporting solutions.
  • •Conduct data analysis and business process mapping for current-state processes and target-state solutions, including cross-functional architecture sessions and working groups.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced in Asset Management or Alternatives, with deep understanding of private markets (private equity, private credit, real assets, hedge funds).
  • •Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Solutions Architect in financial services or investment management.
  • •Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including experience with SQL and other analytical tools.
  • •Hands-on exposure to front-to-back operating models in Alternatives and familiarity with leading alternatives asset management platforms (e.g., Allvue, eFront, Arcesium, Anaplan, Citco Unity).
  • •Experience with emerging technologies (artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain) in an alternatives context.
