Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a key day-to-day client interface for cost management and quantity surveying across the project lifecycle.
  • •Estimate, negotiate, and update change orders, cost plans, and cost estimates throughout design and construction milestones.
  • •Review and coordinate with design services and the general contractor on developing and reconciling cost estimates and submissions.
  • •Perform cost controls, valuations, auditing, and manage post-contract variances, change control processes, contingency, and commitment tracking.
  • •Produce written executive summaries and monthly cost reports; support funding data presentations and final account negotiation/closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards accreditation is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large-scale projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
