Job Summary

Work in a Financial Center as a Personal Banker I, using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to understand customer needs and recommend retail consumer and small business solutions. After a 4–8 week onboarding and education program (with rotations), support cross-selling and outside sales activities, partner with Mortgage and Small Business teams, meet production and customer experience goals, and process teller transactions while following risk and ethics policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services using the value proposition and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments for periodic reviews, and drive appointments.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside sales activities including presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Refer customers to assigned business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and process teller transactions while following risk, ethics, and confidentiality policies.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Ability to comfortably engage in sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to represent the bank professionally through appearance and verbal/written communication.
