Key Responsibilities

  • •On-site at customer locations (7x24) for customer service and support.
  • •Perform Equipment PM and routine entry-level service actions.
  • •Use existing procedures to execute predefined hardware actions and work assignments.
  • •Follow instructions for parts returns (PPR) and assist in engineering information for parts/tools return.
  • •Guide and support new team members and contribute to daily operation system updates.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or above (高工、專科、科大，不限科系)
  • •Licensed electrician preferred 電匠執照(尤佳)
  • •Class B technician certification -Electromechanical & Power Machinery 機電、機械、動力機械乙級技術士 (尤佳)
  • •Basic English skills 基本英文程度
  • •Ability to follow instructions in fast paced environments; good communication and teamwork
