Technical Specialist- Integration

Deliver and support complex technical implementations and customizations across InterSystems platforms, including analyzing enhancement requests for feasibility, risk, and effort. Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations and platform configurations for TrakCare and HealthShare solutions. Resolve acceptance issues before and after go-live, support live environments, and provide technical guidance, training materials, and documentation. Participate in peer reviews and mentor team members to improve delivery quality.
