Job Summary

Develop and scale sales performance for NerdWallet’s Small Business sales organization by onboarding new Account Executives and coaching existing reps. Spend most of your time embedded with the sales team—observing live conversations, reviewing calls, running role plays and deal strategy sessions, and reinforcing Challenger-based, consultative selling. Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product, Business Development, and Operations to create enablement materials and address skill gaps using performance metrics.

•Lead an onboarding program that prepares new Account Executives to navigate customer conversations and master the sales process to meet ramp expectations.
•Deliver ongoing coaching using live call observation, call reviews, role plays, deal strategy sessions, objection handling exercises, and pitch refinement.
•Maintain a consistent presence on the sales floor to identify coaching opportunities and provide timely, actionable feedback.
•Reinforce NerdWallet Small Business’s Challenger-based and consultative sales methodology throughout the customer journey.
•Build enablement materials and use call recordings, coaching observations, and performance metrics to identify skill gaps and create targeted coaching plans.
