Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve client issues for simple to complex accounts in collaboration with auction teams and stakeholders.
  • •Provide exceptional customer service regarding vehicle condition and discrepancies while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and direct communication across auction departments to manage client inventory movement and reconditioning completion.
  • •Examine vehicles in the sales lineup, complete reconditioning estimates, coordinate and approve reconditioning services, and conduct condition reports and imaging audits.
  • •Educate and act as liaison for clients on auction processes; recommend and/or upsell Manheim/CAI products and services based on client needs.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or equivalent education/experience combination (including 5 years’ experience).
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate vehicles.
  • •Physical ability and mental acuity to execute duties within required timeframes.
  • •Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Proficient knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection processes; strong verbal and written communication preferred.
