Key Responsibilities

•Lead transmission projects and provide guidance to junior engineers and designers.
•Formulate project scope documents, establish budgets, and create and maintain schedules.
•Chair client project meetings and facilitate effective communication between clients, managers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with requirements, scope and schedule.
•Address client inquiries spanning various technical areas and manage client expectations.
•Prepare project work scope documents, schedules, budgets, and sequence of work for construction of projects; work with the RUS Transmission Design Guide and manage small to mid-size projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
•5 to 7 years of relevant post-education experience as an electrical engineer providing design deliverables for large capital projects
•Engineer in Training Certification
•Demonstrate proficiency in PLS-CADD design software
•Demonstrate proficiency in the NESC
