Job Summary

Repair and restore automotive interiors and glass using professional upholstery and glass repair techniques. You’ll fix damage to cloth, fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and upholstery components, complete console/seat/dashboard/headliner repairs, and perform color matching. For glass, you’ll repair cracks and scratches in windows and windshields. Work in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers and be ready for mandatory overtime based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Repair damaged interior upholstery materials including cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery.
•Repair interior components such as center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic pieces, and stitching.
•Perform color matching/dying for cloth and fabric.
•Repair glass issues including stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows/windshields.
•Work in a fast-paced production environment, including availability for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience.
•Highly skilled in repairing interior upholstery materials such as cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, and vinyl.
•Experience repairing center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic components, and stitching.
•Ability to perform color matching/dying for cloth and fabric.
•Ability to physically operate tools and equipment; must lift up to 60 pounds independently.
