Senior Program Specialist

Own end-to-end project delivery for the UMD NextGen P3 program, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations. Build and maintain project plans, lead phases through closeout, monitor progress and drive corrective actions, and manage forecasting, cost tracking, invoice approvals, and variance reporting. Supervise and mentor a cross-functional team while coordinating stakeholders, risks, and contract changes.
