Lot Specialist

Act as the “shopper” for designated accounts, coordinating outside and administrative auction-lot functions to ensure vehicles are sale-ready. Serve as a liaison between auction operations and customers, oversee reconditioning recommendations, review and enter repair orders, and manage vehicle inventory by locating, numbering, and verifying VIN, make, year, and mileage. Organize lots, support sale-day lane execution, perform basic diagnostics, and conduct final quality checks with customer representatives.
