Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end Wealth & Private Banking operations, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing and effective GL/Suspense account management.
  • •Oversee daily delivery of outsourced/offshore activities, managing SLAs/PLAs and performing end-of-day review and quality checks.
  • •Maintain high customer service standards, resolving enquiries/complaints promptly and driving service and process improvements.
  • •Prepare and review daily, monthly, management and regulatory reporting with accuracy and on-time submission.
  • •Drive operational efficiency through simplification, workflow streamlining and targeted automation to reduce manual effort and defects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Banking & Finance, Wealth Management or related discipline
  • •5–10 years’ Wealth and Private Banking operations experience, including operational processing and GL/Suspense account management
  • •Strong stakeholder management, influencing and coaching skills to deliver results in a matrix environment with offshore teams, including SLA oversight, performance management and quality assurance
  • •Strong project delivery skills; process management and continuous improvement capability delivering efficiency/cost outcomes through simplification and automation
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving capability with a risk and control mindset (MI interpretation, root-cause analysis, audit/regulatory support) and effective stakeholder management
