Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic advisor and orchestrate Value Realization Onboarding Sprints to achieve milestones within 20-30 days.
  • •Turn field learnings into scalable playbooks, product improvements and customer outcomes by connecting Sales, Product and Engineering.
  • •Continuously assess and optimize internal processes, infrastructure, and technology to improve post-sales value realization and scalability.
  • •Engage with executives and stakeholders at VP/C-level and translate insights into actionable guidance.
  • •Drive portfolio outcomes across 7-10 strategic customers with $3-5M ARR ownership.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of enterprise transformation/UX/transformation/ops experience at enterprise scale

  • •Bonus if you created apps, coded, wrote workflows, or partnered with engineering/product teams
