Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate workers for maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and outlet requirements to ensure safe continuity of operations.
  • •Manage breakdowns and maintenance to meet internal customer requirements while ensuring adherence to defined safety and quality standards.
  • •Coordinate planned preventive maintenance tasks, review equipment deficiencies, and execute corrective actions to prevent downtime.
  • •Conduct maintenance activities according to Standard Operating Procedures, including manufacturer recommendations and the Quality System.
  • •Inspect equipment regularly for safety hazards, maintain tools/supplies/parts inventories, and ensure compliance with safety/security standards and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant maintenance experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance.
  • •Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
  • •Proven capability to lead and supervise maintenance teams, delegate tasks, and ensure safe, accurate, on-time completion.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, plus experience developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
