Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the development, operation, and continuous improvement of ByteDance’s self-built CDN platform.
  • •Support internal service teams with onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization for the self-built CDN platform.
  • •Improve platform supportability, operational workflows, and technical enablement for large-scale CDN services.
  • •Contribute to CDN technical documentation, including onboarding guides, configuration references, troubleshooting playbooks, and best practices.
  • •Participate in building a CDN knowledge base to improve knowledge sharing, issue resolution, and engineering efficiency.

Key Requirements
