Job Summary

Develop and configure Archer applications, workflows, dashboards, and reporting modules based on GRC business needs. Integrate Archer with enterprise systems via APIs and data feeds while ensuring data integrity, security, and access control. Own Archer system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain performance and availability, while supporting end users with documentation and guidance. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and drive continuous improvement in GRC capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and configure Archer applications, modules, and solutions, including custom workflows, notifications, reports, iViews, and dashboards.
•Integrate Archer with other enterprise systems and data sources; build and maintain data feeds and APIs for automated data exchange.
•Perform Archer system administration including user/access management, updates, health checks, monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze GRC requirements and translate them into technical specifications; support IT EGRC assurance activities.
•Stay current with Archer updates and identify process improvements; lead or participate in initiatives to enhance GRC capabilities and documentation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years hands-on experience with Archer development and administration.
•Proficiency designing and developing Archer applications, workflows, reports, and data feeds.
•Strong understanding of GRC processes including Risk, Incident, Business Continuity, and Policy Management.
•Experience with Archer APIs and integration, including REST/SOAP web services and data transport methods.
•Familiarity with ITIL-based change, incident, and problem management processes and Agile methodology.
