Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate with equity plan participants to resolve questions and issues related to vesting, transactions, enrollment, and general inquiries, using escalation processes as applicable
  • •Maintain and update participant-facing FAQ documents and keep training materials current for equity plan participants
  • •Assist with the day-to-day administration of company equity plans, including ISO/NQs, RSUs/PSUs, and ESPP
  • •Contribute to the development of equity-related policies and procedures
  • •Analyze employee and agent feedback and operational metrics to propose process improvements and automation opportunities, and assist with special projects

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience with equity administration platforms such as Shareworks by Morgan Stanley and HRIS systems (Oracle preferred)
