Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot access control and video surveillance hardware (readers, controllers, door hardware, panels, credentials; cameras and intercoms).
  • •Perform application-level configuration and administration of access control and video management systems.
  • •Diagnose and resolve system, hardware, and network-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • •Support deployment, commissioning, and upgrades of technical security systems across sites, including preventative maintenance and health checks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting physical access control and/or video surveillance systems.
  • •Extensive experience with Genetec Security Center.
  • •Certification in Omnicast and Synergis.
  • •Experience troubleshooting hardware, cabling, and low-voltage systems.
