Job Summary

Corporate Account Executive to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion for CrowdStrike's endpoint solutions in Indonesia. Lead end-to-end sales cycles with a consultative approach, collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Product, and develop account strategies to maximize customer value and cross-sell opportunities within a SaaS cybersecurity portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Product to ensure the existing customer base is receiving the value they expect from their implemented solutions.
•Achieve a quota of new sales growth within your select customer base each quarter.
•Be a customer advocate, driving relationships with key customers and creating new champions.
•Identify whitespace in existing accounts and create value-based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells.
•Consult with our existing customers to recommend additional solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end sales account management.
•Strong ability to run a discovery, manage full sales cycle, handle objections, implement a multi-faceted sales strategy (e.g., working with partners), and close deals.
•Light experience and/or understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
•Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota and/or metric carrying role.
•Ability to balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment across multiple engagements.
