Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop advanced measurement programs for new precision machining and complex assembly projects based on drawings with geometric tolerances.
  • •Solve inspection-related issues for precision components in line with design intent.
  • •Perform MSA (measurement system analysis) to select equipment and measurement methods while considering technological advances.
  • •Coordinate the metrology team on installation and maintenance of measurement and statistical software.
  • •Manage calibration programs per manufacturer specifications, internal standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Around 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Advanced math analysis, strong attention to detail, and interest in developing technical skills.
  • •Advanced metrology programming using Calypso, UMESS, Polyworks, and Quindos.
  • •Experience with PiWeb/WinSPC and metrology equipment such as CMM Zeiss and Faro arm with Probe/LLP, plus portable scanning (Scantech).
