Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform day-to-day administration of IT tools, cybersecurity tools, and security/IT devices for security operations support.
  • •Provide first-tier and second-tier support for the SOC and SIEM, including incident response and investigation escalation as needed.
  • •Monitor and investigate Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) DLP alerts to identify data leakage and policy violations.
  • •Monitor BolsterAI to identify phishing websites, malicious domains, and brand impersonation attempts.
  • •Support security administration for enterprise IT systems and contribute to auditing, access management, licensing, and documentation for compliance needs (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR).

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of experience as an IT Security Administrator leading IT teams within a software engineering organization.
  • •3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Atlassian cloud products (JIRA, Service Management, Confluence, etc.).
  • •Hands-on expertise configuring and administering Zscaler services, including ZPA, ZIA, and ZScaler DLP.
  • •Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights in line with defined policies and procedures.
  • •Ability to monitor and investigate logs, SOC/SIEM tools, and network traffic, and resolve or escalate security incidents and investigations.
