Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare supplies and PPE to care for assigned patients
  • •Use modern technology to access your schedule and travel to patient homes
  • •Build patient rapport while collecting relevant information and performing services
  • •Provide diagnostic/low-acuity services including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs
  • •Label specimens properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture/specimen collection
  • •Maintain high professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion
  • •Technologically comfortable with mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where state licensure is not required
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance
