Support Ting’s fiber network activation and installation projects in New Castle, CO, performing on-site fiber installations, troubleshooting, and customer interactions. You’ll work with FTTH deployments, conduit and fiber drops, and coordinate with supervision in a hands-on, contract-role environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general installation of fiber network, including connecting, disconnecting, testing, repairing and maintaining the fiber network.
•Directly engaging with customers at install locations to ensure timely, efficient and optimal activation/connectivity.
•Completing installs with knowledge of different installation tactics, including optimal utility placements related to wall fishing.
•Ability to perform fiber drops on site from handhole to house with supervision.
•Understand the mainline and drop-blowing process and assist teams with supervision.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 53,372 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

•0-2 years of experience, preferably in telecommunications industry.
•Active valid driver's license and clean driving abstract.
•Ability to perform FTTH installation and fiber network work.
•Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces.
•Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
