Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement inbound flow from vendors/CBW to ensure availability of demanded products across markets while meeting OTIF and cost-efficiency goals.
  • •Coordinate/match supply and demand to maintain stock levels aligned with demand and deliver strategies to reduce stock turns across adidas TR.
  • •Lead and manage supply chain projects and process improvements, including SAP transition change management and cross-functional integration.
  • •Run S&OP calendar and process for TR, ensuring on-time loading/delivery and preparing weekly rolling reports for the SCM Director.
  • •Coordinate foreign trade activities and maintain day-to-day responsibility for supply/fulfillment, including OTIF execution and inventory control for month-end targets.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year degree with emphasis in finance, business, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems, or operations.
  • •7-8 years of experience in a supply chain environment.
  • •Management experience for at least 4 years.
  • •Fluent English (oral and writing).
  • •Good SAP expertise and deep understanding of operational supply chain processes.
