Job Summary

Own order book fulfillment for adidas Turkey by implementing inbound flow from vendors/CBW and matching supply to demand to ensure OTIF performance. Lead S&OP processes, manage availability and shipment ex-warehouse activities, and drive stock turn reduction. Improve supply chain processes and infrastructure through projects, reports, and stakeholder alignment, including change management and SAP transition support across cross-functional teams in TR.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement inbound flow from vendors/CBW to ensure availability of demanded products across markets while meeting OTIF and cost-efficiency goals.
•Coordinate/match supply and demand to maintain stock levels aligned with demand and deliver strategies to reduce stock turns across adidas TR.
•Lead and manage supply chain projects and process improvements, including SAP transition change management and cross-functional integration.
•Run S&OP calendar and process for TR, ensuring on-time loading/delivery and preparing weekly rolling reports for the SCM Director.
•Coordinate foreign trade activities and maintain day-to-day responsibility for supply/fulfillment, including OTIF execution and inventory control for month-end targets.

Key Requirements

•4-year degree with emphasis in finance, business, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems, or operations.
•7-8 years of experience in a supply chain environment.
•Management experience for at least 4 years.
•Fluent English (oral and writing).
•Good SAP expertise and deep understanding of operational supply chain processes.
