Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform conceptual, FEED, studies, and detailed analyses and design per design basis, project specifications, design codes, and standards.
  • •Direct engineering team as Lead Engineer on small projects and apply expertise to standard and nonstandard situations.
  • •Prepare detailed design calculations, analyses, design reports, and procedures; manage own time, deadlines, and budgets.
  • •Coordinate with engineering disciplines and other teams (Planning, Fabrication, Marine, Project Management) and interface with stakeholders to obtain inputs for discipline designs and drawings.
  • •Develop HSE and fire protection deliverables, including safety study scope/specifications, HAZID/HAZOP inputs, SEAMS registers, and firewater hydraulic calculations (e.g., using PIPENET).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • •8–15 years of experience in oil and gas with a major contractor or consultant, predominantly performing detail design.
  • •Preferably registered professional engineer or member of a professional engineering society (as applicable).
  • •Strong working knowledge of design techniques, analysis methods, and the application of standards, codes, and guidelines.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while solving complex HSE engineering problems.
