Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume full responsibility for the comprehensive management and administration of highway and roadway projects, including the establishment of project-specific objectives and policies of utmost importance.
  • •Provide authoritative leadership and strategic guidance to subordinate team members, enforce company and project policies, and serve as the primary liaison between AECOM and client stakeholders.
  • •Oversee that all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements through effective management of subordinate managers and supervisors.
  • •Bear full accountability for budgeting, scheduling, procurement and contract closeout, with significant profit and loss responsibility for assigned projects.
  • •Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, including risk management strategies, quality control measures, and resource allocation plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or another engineering discipline with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience/education
  • •Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain California PE within twelve months if not currently registered in California
  • •Ability to proactively communicate and lead department staff
  • •15 years of experience with progressively increasing leadership and responsibility
  • •Experience with business development and client relations
