Key Responsibilities

•Review project contract documents, drawings, specifications and standards to ensure accurate survey execution and compliance with design requirements.
•Establish, verify, and maintain primary horizontal and vertical control points on site, including reference benchmarks and traverse networks.
•Coordinate with the contractor’s surveyor to verify site benchmarks, layout, and control data prior to construction activities.
•Check and verify all setting-out works including alignment, levels, and coordinates for roads, utilities, structures, and other civil works.
•Monitor excavation levels, backfilling, and compaction layers to ensure compliance with design grades and tolerances.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
•Minimum 7 years of experience in surveying and setting-out for infrastructure projects
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS, Total Station, and surveying software
•Strong understanding of coordinate systems, datum control, and vertical alignment verification
•Experience with deep pipeline, shaft construction, and tunnel alignment monitoring
