Key Responsibilities

  • •Review project contract documents, drawings, specifications and standards to ensure accurate survey execution and compliance with design requirements.
  • •Establish, verify, and maintain primary horizontal and vertical control points on site, including reference benchmarks and traverse networks.
  • •Coordinate with the contractor’s surveyor to verify site benchmarks, layout, and control data prior to construction activities.
  • •Check and verify all setting-out works including alignment, levels, and coordinates for roads, utilities, structures, and other civil works.
  • •Monitor excavation levels, backfilling, and compaction layers to ensure compliance with design grades and tolerances.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in surveying and setting-out for infrastructure projects
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS, Total Station, and surveying software
  • •Strong understanding of coordinate systems, datum control, and vertical alignment verification
  • •Experience with deep pipeline, shaft construction, and tunnel alignment monitoring
