Key Responsibilities

•Strategic & Financial Alignment: Partner with the CFO and leadership to align IT strategy, budgets, and investments with business goals and ROI, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and smarter tooling.
•Team Leadership & Operations: Lead a hybrid IT support model (internal team + external helpdesk) with clear roles, SLAs, and accountability, ensuring proper staffing and cross-training.
•Infrastructure, Security & Vendors: Conduct formal risk assessments, manage SOC2 and other compliance initiatives, oversee secure, reliable IT systems (cloud platforms and enterprise tools), optimize vendor relationships and cost.
•AI, Automation & Data Enablement: Drive adoption of AI and automation to streamline workflows and improve data quality and accessibility.
•Adoption & Change Management: Drive adoption of new tools and workflows, enabling teams through training and support, especially for AI-enabled tools.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of IT leadership experience with infrastructure, vendor management, and support teams.
•Experience working with Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations; strong business and cost-management mindset.
•Proven success leading transformation initiatives (cloud, automation, or data platforms).
•Working knowledge of AI/automation tools and practical business applications.
•Proven ability to lead distributed teams and third-party partners effectively.
