Job Summary

Own culture and engagement programs for a distributed, multi-hub workforce. Design and run end-to-end initiatives across events, recognition, milestones, and branded merch, while shaping how the People team shows up globally. Lead cross-hub employee engagement and communications efforts, set consistent standards across locations, manage vendors and budgets, and travel between hubs to bring programs to life.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver hub events, team buildings, and road trips to strengthen belonging across a distributed team.
•Build and run scalable recognition programs and milestone moments (birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts, etc.).
•Own branded merch end-to-end, including concept, production, vendor management, and distribution across hubs.
•Drive employee engagement and internal communications across a distributed workforce, making initiatives repeatable and measurable.
•Lead cross-hub culture and employee experience programs, managing external partners and budgets to deliver on time and on brand.
