Key Responsibilities

•Act as central point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives throughout customer testing execution.
•Ensure processing interfaces with Mastercard’s electronic payment processing systems are compliant with global product rules and specifications.
•Define, create, maintain and document standard and non-standard customer testing processes focusing on technical processing interfaces.
•Provide internal and customer training.
•Lead a team of implementation specialists providing testing support for technical interfaces on Mastercard’s processing systems.

Key Requirements

•Relevant experience in Information Technology with strong understanding of network technology, applications, and project management.
•Strong payment transaction processing knowledge and industry business principles.
•Strong understanding of Mastercard’s payment processing systems, formats and customer host interface testing services.
•Ability to interact with customers, senior and executive management and communicate effectively.
•Strong testing and technical skills with the ability to drive change in a technical environment and lead matrix cross-functional teams.
