Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client service in person and on the phone, handling routine maintenance requests, problem resolution, and advanced sales functions across deposit, credit, and service lines.
  • •Contribute to meeting/exceeding client service and individual/branch sales targets by developing, expanding, and retaining relationships.
  • •Conduct consultative conversations and support the team sales process, advising on consumer lending options and taking loan applications.
