Key Responsibilities

  • •After completing the Graduate Training Program, serve as an Associate Account Manager specializing in Equipment, Services, or Controls in a predetermined location.
  • •Sell efficient HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on design, application, and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
  • •Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying customer needs and requirements across the full sales cycle.
  • •Develop sales strategies, create and execute territory sales plans, and secure design wins to meet sales targets and quotas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any emphasis), completed prior to the Graduate Training Program start date.
  • •Passion for continuous learning in technical fields to understand and communicate engineering solutions.
  • •Prior internship experience at Trane Technologies, or the ability to begin in-office work 3 months prior to the GTP start date.
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Ability to temporarily relocate for the 14-week training in La Crosse, WI and hold a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months.
