  • •Lead a team of application and software engineers, guiding run-the-business operations and projects from technical design through launch.
  • •Maximize Oracle Fusion Cloud by leveraging new Fusion features each quarterly upgrade and ensuring projects meet OKRs.
  • •Drive automation across the Finance organization using RPA and low-code/no-code approaches, with exposure to AI/ML use cases.
  • •Lead integration and maintenance across Fusion Cloud and Finance SaaS ecosystem, including managing interfaces and complex bug fixes.

  • •Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and related Finance SaaS systems, including Zuora, Coupa, Fieldglass, Anaplan, and Avalara.
  • •At least 9+ years as a hands-on senior engineering manager leading application development engineers in Core Finance.
  • •Experience running transformations in large organizations and delivering projects through technical design to launch.
  • •Automation and AI/ML exposure, including RPA/PaaS/BRE tools (e.g., RPA, Workato, Camunda).
