Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to incoming leads from AutoNation and third-party websites by phone, internet, and walk-in traffic.
  • •Identify and engage private parties interested in selling their vehicle using available resources.
  • •Set appointments for dealership vehicle appraisals and execute the “We’ll Buy Your Car” same-day payment process.
  • •Review vehicle condition reports and inspect vehicles onsite.
  • •Interact with customers throughout the day and refer customers who prefer trade-ins to the sales team.
