•Own well-defined projects, driving technical decisions and architectural input using tools like Miro, balancing short-term delivery with long-term goals
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement threat detection solutions and communicate assumptions to reduce rework
•Mentor junior engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing, and participate in technical interviews
