Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure BCO task delivery in line with agreed OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • •Lead and manage the end-to-end C&L journey for seamless customer and internal processing.
  • •Drive continuous productivity improvement for the BCO team while enhancing client experience.
  • •Oversee credit analysis activities and training to deliver high, consistent standards.
  • •Protect the Bank as first line of defence by identifying risks, escalating issues, and ensuring appropriate credit risk management controls and MI are in place.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Extensive experience in C&L, with a strong background in managing loan portfolios.
  • •Proven track record leading and managing teams, including organisational design and strategic planning.
  • •Expertise in credit risk management and control assessment.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate complex situations and drive alignment among senior stakeholders.
