Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions, including critical coding, system configuration, troubleshooting, and review/mentoring of junior engineers.
  • •Design, develop, and implement scalable production systems for AI and LLM-based intelligent agents and automated workflows on the Salesforce platform.
  • •Work directly with customers to engineer bespoke intelligent agents on Agentforce and integrate them into existing customer ecosystems.
  • •Lead data lifecycle work, including data modeling, building processing pipelines, and implementing secure integration strategies for AI applications.
  • •Debug complex issues via deep technical analysis and root-cause identification, and prototype iteratively to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end delivery experience building scalable production solutions.

  • •Expert proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex).
  • •Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM solutions, including integrating LLMs and using AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and prompt engineering.
  • •Experience leading technical engagements, mentoring junior peers, and overseeing technical aspects of projects.
