Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the senior technical authority on 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule) to ensure enterprise-wide compliance across all cleared facilities.
  • •Build a culture of compliance, operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement across security functions.
  • •Establish security KPIs, conduct performance reviews, allocate resources, and develop professional growth pathways for security personnel.
  • •Oversee and standardize Standard Practice Procedures (SPPs) for all cleared locations, including FOCI-related activities.
  • •Lead preparation for DCSA security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and internal self-inspections; serve as an escalated point of contact for complex security violations and adverse information reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and ten years of industrial security-related experience.
  • •Direct experience serving as an appointed Facility Security Officer (FSO) for a possessing/cleared facility.
  • •Deep subject matter expertise in 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and US government security policies and procedures related to industrial security.
  • •Minimum 5+ years directly managing large, cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams (including managing managers/regional leaders).
  • •Active Top Secret clearance.
