Serve as a product specialist for Barracuda security software solutions, guiding customers through onboarding journeys that drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a product specialist for one or more Barracuda security software solutions, guiding customers through onboarding journeys that deliver measurable outcomes.
•Lead and execute customer onboarding activities focused on speed, quality, and value realization to ensure successful adoption and deployment.
•Develop, document, and maintain onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and content to standardize and scale onboarding across the global customer base.
•Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, Product, and Enablement teams to align onboarding with customer success metrics and product outcomes.
•Create customer-facing and internal collateral, capture feedback, and monitor onboarding metrics to boost velocity, adoption, and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, professional services, customer success, or a related field; security software/technology experience is a plus.
•Demonstrated ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business outcomes for customers.
•Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives and technical stakeholders.
•Analytical mindset to define, track, and report onboarding KPIs (e.g., time-to-value, adoption rates, customer satisfaction).
