Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead DTCO and STCO investigations connecting process technology, design enablement, packaging, architecture, and system-level requirements.
  • •Develop decision frameworks evaluating future technology options across performance, power, area, cost, yield, manufacturability, reliability, variability, and system integration.
  • •Serve as Intel’s primary on-site technical representative at IMEC and strengthen alignment with IMEC and strategic research partners.
  • •Track research objectives, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure Intel receives clear technical and business value.
  • •Facilitate technical reviews and stakeholder alignment forums, escalating issues and translating research into actionable priorities and plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of experience in semiconductor technology development, technology research, DTCO/STCO, advanced packaging, product architecture, or related fields.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex technical programs involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
  • •Deep expertise in one or more core semiconductor technology domains, with breadth to integrate DTCO, STCO, packaging, architecture, and system-level tradeoffs.
  • •Ability to develop quantitative analyses and decision frameworks to guide technology choices, roadmap options, and research priorities.
