Lead day-to-day operations for a local Carvana market hub, owning market launch readiness, logistics, and customer experience. •Generate and monitor regular reports for upper management and use tools/programs for recognition of individual and team accomplishments.
•Serve as the go-to expert and jump in as needed (including hands-on work and addressing complex, sensitive customer-facing issues) to keep operations running smoothly.
